Termite Control
There are 170 species of termites, but only a few are considered pests. These “silent destroyers” can cause significant damage to buildings, properties, and crops. Often, it takes just a few months before their presence becomes noticeable to tenants. Therefore, immediate action is crucial to address termite infestations and prevent severe damage or potential accidents.
Termites are not a pest you can effectively handle on your own. Using the wrong chemicals or failing to follow pesticide instructions can risks your health and safety. Ineffective treatments may allow termites to survive, resurface in new areas, and cause even more damage to your property. Contact a professional pest control company for reliable termite control services and expert assistance with your termite problem.

Termite Control Methods
Nowadays, there are many methods used by pest control companies to control the Termite problem. The methods that we offers are Termite Baiting and Corrective Soil Treatment.

Termite Baiting Program
Termite bait station will be installed at termite active is found. Termite will feed on the baits in the stations and will bring back to their colonies in the nest that reach the Termite Queen. After some period, the termites will die because of it cannot evolved and the growth is inhibited; this action of termite bait process is called Insect Growth Regulator (IGR). This Termite Baiting Program is suitable if there is termite active found in your premises.

Corrective Soil Treatment (CST)
The purpose of CST is to create a chemical barrier at the upper ground layer, under the building. When this chemical barrier exists, the termite from underground cannot build its path up to the building structure. The Pre-Construction Soil Treatment method is recommended before the termite build its path up to the building structure or the building is still under construction. For Post-Construction Soil Treatment, holes will be drilled at the cement floor before the termiticide is pump into the soil ground. The termiticide pumped is 5 Litres on each hole, averagely. After the termiticed is pumped, the holes drilled will be patched.
