Disinfection and Sanitization Service
Disinfection and sanitization are processes designed to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms found on object surfaces and in the air. Regular practice of disinfection and sanitization can significantly reduce the risk of infectious diseases spreading.

COVID-19
COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The virus spreads through tiny respiratory droplets released when an infected person coughs, sneezes, talks, sings, or breathes.
Infection occurs when these droplets are inhaled, particularly in close proximity to an infected person, or when contaminated surfaces are touched, followed by contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth. The virus spreads more easily indoors and in crowded spaces.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Malaysia’s Ministry of Health (MOH) recommend maintaining social distancing, wearing face masks, frequently disinfecting and sanitizing, and receiving vaccinations. It is everyone’s responsibility to help prevent the virus from spreading.
Symptoms of COVID-19
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- Loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD)
HFMD is caused by Coxsackievirus A16 and was first identified in the 1950s. Over the years, scientists have found that the virus spreads primarily through contact with contaminated surfaces. It commonly spreads in schools, daycare centers, hospitals, and playgrounds.
To prevent transmission, people are advised to regularly wash their hands and sanitize public spaces, especially high-touch surfaces like door handles, toilet seats, and light switches. Prevention is better than cure, particularly in safeguarding the health of young children.
Symptoms of HFMD
- Fever
- Sore throat
- Painful, red blisters on the tongue, gums, and inner cheeks
- Non-itchy, red rashes, sometimes with blisters, on the palms, soles, and occasionally the buttocks
- Irritability in infants and young children
- Loss of appetite
